 Shipping Policy


We've made our shipping and handling prices and policy as fair as possible, so you benefit from our Every Day Low Prices plus the convenience of delivery to your door.

For your convenience, MedicSupplyGroup.com ships via UPS and FedEx Ground. These services utilize both their services and the US Postal Service for handling, and in most circumstances, your package will be delivered via the US Postal Service. All standard delivery packages can be tracked  at www.fedex.com and www.ups.com.   PO BOX addresses are not acceptable.

Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, and FPOs shipments are via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Next day delivery via DHL is available at an additional charge, e-mail customerservice@medicsupplygroup.com for a quote with "Next Day Delivery Quote Request" in the subject line, it may take an additional business day to process your order.

Express Air - For Faster Delivery

Exchange & Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. All returns must be in unopened resalable and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. Medical Supply Group will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error.

  • Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns. To obtain your RA number simply call us at toll free 1-800-805-8660, 8:00AM-6:00PM EST, Monday through Friday. Once a RA number is obtained please download and complete a PRODUCT RETURN FORM, click here

Please note exceptions to the return policy:

  • Apparel & Shoes: Apparel items  and shoes can be returned within 30 days of receipt in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and if RESALEABLE condition.
  • Surgical / Personal Protection Masks: Masks cannot be returned.
  • Hosiery: Support and fashion hosiery cannot be returned.
  • Diabetes, Oral Care, and Personal Care Products: For sanitary reasons, diabetes test kits, oral care products, personal care products (i.e. breast pumps, thermometers, etc.) and components may only be returned to us within 30 days if UNUSED, RESALABLE, and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Any opened products in this category are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

          Other Items: All other non-apparel items  may only be returned within 30 days of receipt if    RESALABLE and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT BOX AS A SHIPPING CONTAINER.


What if my item is defective, broken, or needs repair?


MedicSupplyGroupt.com partners with reputable manufacturers who stand by their products. On rare occasions however, products can sometimes have a defect that goes undetected by the manufacturer or becomes apparent only during use. If you think a product you've purchased from MedicSupplyGroupt.com has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at customerservice@medicsupplygroup.com

For repair, maintenance, and warranty service, please contact the manufacturer.

For your convenience we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. You can also pay by E-check or send your payment to the address above. Please note that it make take 3-4 business days for your check to clear before the order is shipped. Payments by check that cannot be processed due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25 penalty fee.

 US Government and Educational Institutions

No payment is required at the time of purchaser for most United States Federal, State and Local Governments, as well as Educational Institutions. Simply set up your account online and Fax us your PO# (Purchase Order) to 1-770-446-6195. The purchase order number is necessary in order for us to process your request. Our standard payment terms are Net 30 Days.

Free shipping offer does not apply to Express Air Delivery and certain bulk or oversized items. 

We do not ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and International destinations for consumer orders.

Sales Tax

Georgia shipments only: 6.00% State sales tax will be applied to all taxable merchandise. No sales tax will be charged to orders delivered outside of the state of Georgia.


Warranties

Medic Supply Group will honor all applicable manufacturer warranties. Please call us at 1-800-805-8660  or e-mail us for a Return Authorization (RA#). In the case of defective or broken components, return only the component.
